Representatives of Onondaga Nation Launch River Journey From Brookwood Point and Compton Bridge

Otsego Land Trust hosted representatives of the Onondaga Nation this past weekend as they launched canoes and kayaks from our Brookwood Point Conservation Area and our Compton Bridge Conservation Area.

Otsego Outdoors is a collaborative effort of the Otsego Land Trust, Otsego 2000, and the Otsego County Conservation Association that began in May 2017. The goal of Otsego Outdoors is to connect residents and visitors with year-round opportunities to experience the outdoors and connect with nature on Otsego County’s publicly accessible trails, parks, forests, and waterways. The Spring Octet Challenge runs through June 20, 2022.
